Registration - NOW CLOSED
We have reached the capacity of the symposium. Therefore, we can no longer accept new registrations. If you are interested in participating, please contact the meeting office to be put on the waiting list.
Please note that we have limited space for the symposium. Therefore, we may have to close the registration once this limit is reached. Participation will be based on "first come first serve" basis. We therefore encourage everyone who is interested in participation to register early. Registration is mandatory if you want to submit an abstract.
Registration includes access to all talks and events of the symposium, meeting material, and all meals (except breakfast, which will be provided by the hotels) during the symposium. Please note that accommodation is NOT included in the registration. Please see the list of hotels under the accommodation link for more details. We ask all participants to make their own arrangements for accommodation.
In addition to extremely low registration rates (€180, for scientists for the entire symposium including all meals) we offer a reduced rate for students (€130) and also travel fellowships for students (see abstract submission for details).
